To handle deep-frozen products, InterApp has developed a special execution of Bianca butterfly valve with channels inside the PFA lined disc. By cooling the disc from inside out, the deep-frozen products remain frozen during the process and do not stick on the disc surface.
For the marine industry, a special execution of our butterfly valve Bianca features holes in the PFA overmoulded disc to allow a defined flow when the disc is closed.
For handling the filter cake of industrial waste incinerator, InterApp has created a unique butterfly valve in DN400 combining the Bianca one piece disc/shaft coated with PEKK with Desponia® FPM liner. A perfect match to resist against the corrosive and abrasive application.
